In the same breath, the site instructs players to contact two WhatsApp numbers displayed on the website for withdrawals. But upon saving these numbers, none were available on WhatsApp. Also, there are no minimum/maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts displayed, which left us guessing. The terms and conditions do list 1-3 days as the withdrawal turnaround times.

One of the key indicators of a legitimate gambling site is a valid trading license. Sites like AfricaBet, Premier Bet, and Spin City display all their licensing information on the site, including the license number and governing body.

Linbets only displays a license number but doesn’t specify who issued it, and that’s worrisome. It does list a stand number in Hatcliff, as the brand’s physical address, which seems a tad dubious. We did find a licensing policy detailing how the operator safeguards player-sensitive data.

No Live chat (1.9/5)

This is one area where Linbets really drops the ball. To begin with, there’s no live chat, which is unacceptable for a modern gambling site. Secondly, the WhatsApp numbers displayed aren’t on WhatsApp. There are two agent mobile numbers listed on the website, but no one picked up when we gave them a call.

To top it off, there’s an FAQ section, but wrong information is listed there, as displayed in the picture below. It appears the site owners lifted the info from a South Sudan site, and based on the content, they forgot to edit.

You can’t help but wonder what else Linbets simply copied and pasted.

However, we can’t ignore the red flags. The limited licensing information, bad UI design, unanswered agent phones, and unavailable WhatsApp mobile numbers are a bit concerning. You could give it a try and deposit maybe $3 to see if you’ll get winnings, and after how long. Or, simply stick to reputable brands like AfricaBet, Premier Bet, and Spin City with a proven track record.
