They are led by delightful hosts and play out in real time. You need at least $0.50 to play some of the games and can wager up to $100.

Unlike Premier Bet’s Android app, there’s no ShashaBet app. Players can access the mobile site directly from their mobile browser. It’s compatible with Android and iOS devices. We found the mobile site pretty intuitive, and it almost resembles the desktop site.

It has a handy collapsible burger menu to your right, where you can access the different sports and casino games. Scrolling from one section to the next is easy, and pages load fast. The bet slip is located in the top right corner and updates quickly. You can also access the brand’s terms and conditions, contact options, and limits from the mobile site.

No Ecocash/Innbucks Deposit & Withdrawals (2/5)

ShashaBet doesn’t support any payment methods you’d typically be accustomed to at operators like AfricaBet and Premier Bet. You won’t be making any ShashaBet Ecocash, Innbucks, or Omari payments on the site. You’ll need to visit the betting shop in person because all payments are processed in-store.

But at least both deposits and withdrawals are instant. According to our ShashaBet deposit guide, $1 is the minimum you can deposit, and $30,000 is the maximum. The bookie imposes payout limits for different bets, but they are displayed in ZIG and USD. The maximum is $750 for a single bet and $50,000 for 8 legs or more.

No Gambling license mentions (1/5)

We couldn’t find any licensing information about ShashaBet on its website, which is unsettling. It’s a different scenario from a site like Spin City that clearly puts down the Lotteries Gaming Board of Zimbabwe as its licensing company.

Probably, the thing that may put players’ minds at ease is that you can physically visit the betting shop located near Margolis Resort. The site does have a privacy policy listed on the website promising players that it treats their information with confidentiality.

WhatsApp Support (3/5)

ShashaBet doesn’t have live chat like AfricaBet and Spin City. Our Zimbabwe betting site reviews consider live chat the gold standard for communication at online gambling brands. The operator does offer assistance via WhatsApp.

But after saving the number, we had to second-guess whether we’re dealing with a professional gambling site or a random individual. It would be great if they made the portal a business line for some degree of professionalism.

The agent was responsive for a bit before falling off the grid along the way. Some consistency in this regard would be welcome. You can always call the direct line displayed on the site, but we didn’t try it. An email address is also available, but responses aren’t immediate.

Great for sports betting

If you’re going to join the brand, we say do it for the ShashaBet Sportsbook. It’s quite competitive with extensive betting markets and in-play wagering opportunities. The casino section is a bit bare-boned for our liking, only housing a few games.

If you like gambling bonuses, the absence of a welcome bonus, PLUS ongoing promos, will certainly be a deal breaker. Also, there are no online payment options. Be prepared to make a quick visit to the store for all your deposits and withdrawals. A responsive WhatsApp support would have masked the absence of a live chat portal. If you want an all-rounder with loads of bonuses, online payment options, and the works, AfricaBet, Spin City, and Premier Bet are your best bet.
